10 years

ok everybody, 2010 was a complete and utter bust.but oh lord, 2011, hold on to your hats!!!! I’ve got a few things brewing personally and professionally that I am excited to show everyone. Numero Uno is getting this site ship-shape, because I believe in January 2001 (have to check the date), I first registered LiamLiamLiam.com. So be on the lookout for that.

But today, I am celebrating a little known event, but an important one for all who lived it. On December 16th, 2000, Dolder, Terry and I, ithaca college chums, had the party of a lifetime. Terry was leaving to intern for his final semester and Dolder and I were graduating early, so we staged a party at their college circle apartment. At one point we realized that by jumping in the bushes in the backyard, the branches would catch us and suspend us in the air. We were, as terry would say, “as light as the ether!” This discovery decimated the bushes but on a recent visit back at Ithaca I found they recovered nicely. Our other major innovation was hooking up DJ equipment to Napster for an unlimited playlist. We were the Winklevi of our time.

The other special piece on display that night was a photo collection years in the making. As you may know, Terry, Dolder and I were and are hard core IC bomber boosters. And as such, our favorite events every year was the big Cortaca Jug football game, and Fountain Day.
